Stephen, a graduate of Texas A&M University, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in landscape architecture, complemented by a minor in sustainable architecture and planning. His professional ethos is rooted in the belief that empowering communities to create their own experiences is paramount for fostering vibrant cities and nurturing their residents’ well-being. Stephen is passionate about creating meaningful and authentic places through placemaking. He believes that the experience of a project starts with context and comes to life during the early phases of design through storytelling, strong graphics, and 3D modeling.
Stephen is well-rounded and understands all facets of design, from big ideas to project construction. Inspired by a myriad of cultural influences including music, literature, fashion, and theater, Stephen aims to redefine the relationship between designers and the communities they serve. He values his clients and design teams, collaborating closely with them to create unique and impactful projects and communities. He is dedicated to exploring the sociological and cultural dimensions of the built environment, seeking to create spaces that are not just aesthetically pleasing, but also deeply meaningful and inclusive.

I was a member of The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, a marching arts organization based out of Rosemont, Illinois, from 2010 untill 2014. I marched mellophone for my first three years and was drum major for two years.
